Dear Sir/Ma,
My name is Patrick Olanrewaju OLUYEMI, I am writing in respect of my 7years old Son Paul Oluyemi who is surffring from Luekemia, Cancer of the Blood. He was diagnosed in June 2024 at Olabisi Onabanjo Teaching Hospital ( OOUTH ) SAGAMU OGUN STATE. And since then he has been on admission for chemotherapy, Blood transfusion and platelets transfusion and other treatments.
He was discharged after four months of admission which was September 2024. To commence thee years maintainance but unfortunately he has been admitted several since then due to relapse and I his father has been sole financial but now I can’t afford it anymore.
His presently at home suffering needs help. Please kindly find attached the medical report accordingly for your perusal and support for his medical treatments please 🙏.
